At Joco Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl or merchandise arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your Joco Records account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Records

Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all vinyl sleeves and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned media, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
